Bayern Munich striker Mario Mandzukic has managed to become one of the best strikers in the world since his move to Bayern Munich last summer. He has not only won the Bundesliga title, but he has also lifted the Champions league title as well.

The Croatian striker has now said that he is very much impressed by the tactics of new manager Guardiola, who came to the club only in the summer. Guardiola comes with the big reputation of having been one of the best managers in the history of football. Even though he has only five years experience as a manager, he has already constructed one of the best teams in the history of football.

He has also lifted in numerous titles including two Champions league titles. However, there has been a few criticism of the Spaniard after his arrival at Bayern Munich. This is because of the tactics he has employed at the Allianz arena despite taking on a very successful team. He has changed the aforementioned from the 4-2-3-1 to the 4-1-4-1, which he employed at Barcelona. The club recently managed a 4-0 win over Schalke, which helped them go top of the table by leapfrogging Borussia Dortmund. After the match, Mandzukic praised the manager for his tactics, which are unique according to him.

"Pep has great tactical ideas. He relates to his players superbly and is always good for a joke. It fits. It makes me very happy that the trainer has a lot of trust in me. I try everything to repay him. For me, these fixture-packed weeks are not a problem either. I can cope with that as I have a lot of strength. I think our coach likes the way we play at the moment. If we carry on like that, we will top the table again sooner or later," said Mandzukic.
