Bayern Munich captain Philipp Lahm believes that the team can cope without midfielder Bastian Schweinsteiger, who has joined Manchester United in a £ 15 million deal.
Schweinsteiger has been one of the key players for Bayern over the last 15 years. After coming through the ranks of the German club, the 31-year-old has become an integral part of the club as a whole. However, he was thought to be unhappy when playing under Pep Guardiola. Further, the presence of Xabi Alonso reduced his importance in the team. The Spanish midfielder joined the Bavarians last summer for around £ 5 million.
